There is no gratuitous violence, blood or anything that a gaming parent would find objectionable for their kids. The great thing about this game is that it is designed for kids to play. As your character progresses through the levels you unlock more playable characters, and you all earn money (studs) so when it's all said and done you can have around 80 playable characters, including Darth Maul, Chewbacca, General Grevious (very cool) and even young Boba Fett (rockets not included). The levels are broken down by episode, with 17 in all.
Lego Star Wars follows the events of Star Wars from episodes 1 - 3, but from a Lego perspective. In many ways the sequel is better in terms of gameplay, cinematics, and level design, but that's more of a complement to Traveler's Tales than anything negative. A great games for Star Wars Fans of all ages.įirst off, I would have rated this game as excellent if I had only played it and not the sequel.
